Counselling for adults in Chester, Cheshire. Online nationwide.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in a range of roles, including many years as a teacher in the UK and Asia. I am also a third-culture kid, having grown up across three continents. These experiences have shaped my understanding of identity, culture, and what it means to navigate change, belonging, and life transitions.
I offer person-centred, trauma-informed counselling in Chester and online across the UK, providing a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I work with people experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns at your pace, helping you gain clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Alongside my private practice, I also work with an established mental health charity, supporting clients with complex emotional and trauma-related experiences.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, warmth, and respect, helping you reconnect with yourself and what matters to you.
"People are just as wonderful as sunsets if I can let them be... I watch [them] with awe as [they] unfold." – Carl Rogers
